Costs of the Ka-ter Translation Project

1. The Dzogchen Tantra Translation Project

The three translators entrusted with this project - Jim Valby, Elio Guarisco and Adriano Clemente - meet and work together for about 1 month. At least one meeting is planned each year. In the meantime the translators work individually. The costs for each year are approximately 45.000 Euro.

2. Training of Translators from Tibetan

The costs of each Training are about 10.000 Euros. 

3. General costs of the Shang Shung Institute 

The general costs for organization, infrastructure, equipment, telephone, and PR are calculated with 1000 Euro per months or 12.000Euro per year.

4. Retirement-fund for the three main translators

In order to grant the three main translators a small pension we need 180.000 Euro until the year 2022. 

The Training for Translators from Tibetan and the Dzogchen Tantra Translation Project are permanent activities of the Shang Shung Institute Austria and will last at least until 2020.
