How can I order in the on-line shop?
First you choose the items which you want to order by clicking the button “Add to Basket”. After you have chosen all that what you want, you click on the link “Basket Contents” and you enter the basket where you see all requested items. Now you need to sign in. If you visit our shop for the first time you need to register first by clicking on the link “Register”. In case that you are already registered, type in your e-mail address in the field “Email = Username”, type in your password and click the button “Sign In”.
Who can order in the shop of the Shang Shung Institute?
Only members of the Shang Shung Institute or the international Dzogchen Community can order in our shop, as membership is a mandatory requirement to purchase any products offered by the Shang Shung Institute.
What shall I do when I am asked to become a member of the Shang Shung Institute even if I am a member of the international Dzogchen Community?
It might be that the data of your account are not actualized. Please change them by clicking on “My Account”.
How do I get a password?
Your password is chosen by yourself when you register.
How can I sign in?
When you are already registered, you just type in your e-mail address in the field “Email = Username”, you also type in your password and click on the button “Sign In”.
What does it mean Email = Username?
When you are already registered, your e-mail address is your username
How can I change the quantity of the ordered items?
Type in the requested quantity in the field “Qty” and click on the button “Order”. The new quantity and the total amount will be automatically actualized.
What shall I do, when the computer knows my e-mail address, but I personally never have given a password?
It might be that you already have had contact with the Shang Shung Institute and that therefore your e-mail address was saved. Please click on the button “Forgot your password?” and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
What do I have to do for a successful sending of my order?
1.You must choose the requested items.
2.You must register or sign in.
3.You must accept the Terms and Conditions.
4.You must be member of the Shang Shung Institute or the international Dzogchen Community.
5.Change the quantity of your requested items.
6.Click on the button ORDER.
7.Confirm your order by clicking the button CONFIRM ORDER.
How do I notice that my order was sent successfully?
If you have sent your order in the correct way (items are in the basket, you are registered or signed it, you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, and you are member of the Shang Shung Institute or the international Dzogchen Community), you see on your screen a notice in which the date of order, your name and address, and all the ordered items are listed. If you see that note your order was sent off successfully.
How can I pay?
Please use our web safe site and pay with your credit card (Visa or MasterCard). After your order was posted to you, we inform you by e-mail that we have debited your card with the due amount.
How long does it take that my order is worked on?
In general it takes us maximum 7 days after we have received your order that we have packed and sent it to you.
